If you or your toddler fancy breaking out of your usual routine and meeting with others like you, come along to this friendly group. £1.50 per family per week, 50p each extra adult. Cost includes refreshments.

Registered with Gateshead Pre-School Learning Alliance (PSLA). All leaders have CRB clearance. For more information about the group contact toddlers@blbc.org.uk

House Groups

Wednesday 7.30 pm. Finding out what God has to say through the Bible and praying for those in need. (House groups are held in homes throughout the town and together once a month in church)

Friendship Meal

Thursdays 12.30 pm A team of about 7 from our church prepare, cook and serve a delicious hot meal on the premises, followed by cake or biscuits and tea or coffee. There is plenty of opportunity for friendly talk, companionship and fun; or maybe you would just like to enjoy a good meal you did not have to prepare yourself or wash up after! (There is a charge of £3.00 for the meal).

Senior Urban Saints

Friday 7.30pm-9.00pm This group has about a dozen young people aged between 11 to 19 who attend regularly, with many more joining in occasionally. This session begins with The God Spot: usually a discussion of an issue of relevance to today´s teenagers, leading into the Biblical perspective; and a light-hearted quiz or similar activity. After this, (from 8pm) the young people enjoy the various activities on offer: football or other games outdoors when weather permits, snooker, table-tennis, computer games (including Dance Mat), board games, or just chilling out listening to music. We also have a small collection of books which can be borrowed.

Other Activities

Also we have church weekends away, Barbecues, Social nights, day trips away and much more. Please see the events we have planned or contact us for further information.
